-If you accept to take part in an onstage activity, this is done at your own risk. A very small percentage of people may experience a seizure when exposed to certain visual images, including flashing lights or patterns that may appear in our shows. These seizures may have a variety of symptoms, including lightheadedness, altered vision, eye or face twitching, jerking, or shaking of arms or legs, disorientation, confusion, or momentary loss of awareness. Please seek help from a venue employee if you experience any of these symptoms.
-We operate an unreserved seating policy and therefore attendees should arrive early to ensure they are able to be seated together – bb’s entertainment will not provide compensation where customers have no view of the stage and or not being able to sit with their group due to arriving after other parties.
-The venue reserves the right to refuse admission or remove you from the premises if you:
I. Compromise the safety or yourself or others.
II. Are affecting the enjoyment of others.
III. Are impacting the running of the event.
-Tickets will not be refunded for any reason other than your event being cancelled and a rescheduled show has not been offered. The rescheduled date will be decided by us, BB’S has one year to reschedule.
-When purchasing a ticket - all sales are final.
-We are not liable for tickets that are purchased from sources other than our official website. We cannot guarantee the authenticity, validity, or availability of tickets obtained from any unauthorized third-party sellers or resellers. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets only through our official website to ensure a valid and legitimate transaction.
-You agree by attending our events you are doing so on a non-commercial basis and will not attempt to replicate or copy our format. You also agree not to use or copy any of our artwork, photos, videos, text, graphics, designs, structures, and all other intellectual property relating to our digital assets. Any photos or film footage is not to be copied.
-By purchasing a ticket to our show, you acknowledge and agree that we may take photographs during the event and use these photographs for promotional purposes on our social media platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing the photographs on our official social media accounts, website, advertisements, and promotional materials. By attending the event, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and publish these photographs for promotional purposes. -We do not consider BB’S Entertainment events gambling due to your inability to “chase loses”. In compliance with the NYS liquor authority and NYS gaming commission There will be no prizes awarded in connection with a game of chance. No cash prizes.
-You warrant that the tickets are purchased for personal use only. You may not use your tickets for any commercial or business activity nor may you resell your tickets at a premium to make personal profit. Any attempt to do so will result in these tickets being cancelled without refund or compensation.
-Please make sure all tickets purchased are for the correct date and venue. BB’s can refuse entry.
-You will arrive at the event on time as stated on the ticket - although we will make efforts to accommodate late comers, entry is not guaranteed, and you will not be refunded.
-Show includes references alcohol with music played at high decibel levels throughout the venue.
-In accordance with New York State law, no prizes will be awarded in connection with any games of chance. Please note that this event is intended for entertainment purposes only.
-Please be aware that latex balloons may be present at the event. Latex allergies can cause severe reactions in some individuals. If you have a known latex allergy or sensitivity, we strongly advise you to take necessary precautions, such as avoiding direct contact with latex balloons. We cannot guarantee an entirely latex-free environment. By attending the event, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with potential exposure to latex.
-The event organizers and venue shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, accidents, illnesses, property damage, theft, or losses incurred by attendees during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being, as well as the security of their personal belongings. By attending the event, attendees acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their participation and release the event organizers, venue, staff, and associated parties from any liability for such incidents.
-Event Modifications: We will inform attendees of event details, such as date, time, venue, lineup, or program, are subject to change and that the organizers reserve the right to make modifications. You will be informed via email.
-In the event that you encounter any issues with the website, we kindly request that you contact our customer support team for assistance. Our dedicated support staff is available to address any technical difficulties or concerns you may have.
All tickets are non-refundable.
